Performing 923 Holiday Musical Events in 7 states since 1993

Distributing more than 275,000 gift bags since the beginning

Using 1500 volunteers annually:

  • We place a high priority on being faithful stewards of our revenue

  • We believe in transparency, accountability and accuracy

ur money is spent through functional expenses with 80% directed toward program costs, (goods and services to fulfill our mission - gift bags, transportation, sound, food, scholarships, warehouse space), 13% fundraising costs (special events, performances) and 7% management and general costs (administrative, technology, insurance, supplies, utilities) We hope you will consider how much every single contribution – both financial and in-kind – helps us do what we do for the places we visit and the people we see. Holiday Express receives all our income through charitable contributions; we receive no dues, fees, or government funding.
