The annual event benefits a local New Jersey non-profit organization called Holiday Express. Since 1993, Holiday Express has been providing financial support and friendship to those with the greatest need for the gift of human kindness during the holiday season and throughout the year. The Sickles Wine & Cheese Classic, and sponsors like Stillwell-Hansen help fund the events and charitable activities for Holiday Express throughout the year.
The Sickles Wine & Cheese Classic will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2008, in Little Silver,
New Jersey. Over 300 people are expected to attend this sell-out event. Some of the finest restaurants and caterers in Monmouth County will be participating by providing samples of their gourmet food. Culinary samples will be provided by David Burke’s Fromagerie, Doris & Ed's, Gaetano's, M2 Catering, Yumi Restaurant, Brandl's, Lusty Lobster, Table Restaurant and McLoone's Salt Water Beach Café. An outstanding selection of wines and cheeses will round
out this fun, casual Fall event.
